1. How to take care of your face every day

Facial skin needs daily care to be healthy from the inside and youthful over time. 

Cleansing 
Proper makeup removal will help clean daily makeup and at the same time, remove dirt and sebum (sweat) from the facial skin. But what is the right way? Very simply, swipe the makeup remover cotton from under the chin to the cheekbones and remove makeup from the inside out, from bottom to top, without rubbing too hard. Do not pull the makeup remover cotton from the forehead to the cheeks and chin because it can cause the facial skin to sag. 

Wash one's face 
First, you will wash your face with warm water. This will help open pores, so dirt and sebum can be thoroughly removed. Then put a sufficient amount of facial cleanser into the palm of your hand, rub gently to create foam, and apply it evenly to your face. While applying, gently massage the T-zone. Do this for about 2–3 minutes, and then rinse your face thoroughly with cool water.



Balance skin

After washing your face, you will use toner to balance your skin. In fact, many girls skip this step in the skincare process; however, so that the skin can absorb the maximum nutrients contained in skin care products (in the next care step), you should not ignore this. Depending on your preferences and habits, you can choose to use toner in liquid or spray form.


Special Treatment 

If your facial skin has some problems with acne, melasma, dark spots, etc., facial care will be a little different in this step. That is, after balancing the skin's pH, special treatment products (usually containing BHA, AHA, or Retinol) will be applied to the skin area that needs improvement.

Note: After applying, leave it alone for about 20–30 minutes before performing the next skincare steps.


Mask

Applying masks can be done before or after moisturizing the skin because nowadays there are many types of facial masks, each with a different function and usage, such as whitening masks and tightening masks. Pore-tightening will be applied after the moisturizing step. As for the detox mask, you should apply it before moisturizing.



Moisturizes skin

When consulting and applying facial care methods at home, many of you wonder whether you should moisturize your skin or not, especially when you have oily skin, not dry skin.

In fact, moisturizing the skin should be done for all skin types, not just oily skin. Moisturizing properly not only helps keep your facial skin moist and smooth but also limits the evaporation of serum or other skin care products. You can use cream or lotion. For oily skin, please note that you should choose a light moisturizer and apply it very thinly to avoid clogging pores and causing acne.


Sunscreen

In the daytime skin care process, it is impossible not to mention sunscreen, a product that helps protect the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays in the sun. You should apply sunscreen immediately after performing the above skincare steps and 20–30 minutes before going out.


2. Good habits for facial skin

In addition to properly applying the facial care method mentioned above, girls can build and maintain the following good habits to keep their facial skin youthful and radiant:



Drink a lot of water.
Water plays an important role in all bodily activities. Not only does it purify and eliminate toxins, but water also helps you have soft, smooth, and vibrant skin. Therefore, drink lots of water every day to be good for your health and have beautiful skin.

Healthy diet
A scientific, healthy diet with lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits is the way to have healthy skin. Green vegetables and fruits provide many vitamins and minerals that are very beneficial for the skin. Therefore, provide your body with foods rich in vitamins A, C, and E, such as broccoli, tomatoes, bell peppers, oranges, avocados, strawberries, etc.
In addition, women entering their 30s will find it difficult to avoid skin aging, wrinkles, and dark spots. At this time, supplementing foods rich in fatty acids (omega 3) will help prevent and slow down the aging process effectively. Omega 3 is found in many nutritious foods, including nuts, vegetable oils, salmon, and seafood.



Sleep on time and get enough sleep.
The time from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. is when the skin's cell metabolism takes place strongly and factors that negatively affect the skin (wrinkled, sagging, dark spots, etc.) are removed. That's why you need to go to bed early and on time.
Besides, you should sleep 8 hours a day to feel comfortable and refreshed. It is not only beneficial for your health but also helps you have bright and vibrant skin.

Stay away from stimulants.
Alcohol, coffee, tea, cigarettes, carbonated drinks, etc. are factors that make you feel sleepy and have insomnia. If you don't get enough sleep, aging will happen faster, causing more wrinkles to appear on your skin. Therefore, to have the skin of your dreams, you need to say no to these harmful stimulants.
